Letters from Santa are mailed from the North pole using our official north pole post. As it gets closer to Christmas the elves have to work overtime in the workshop so get your orders in as soon as you can!

What size is the envelope?
All orders are shipped in a 9×12 custom Christmas envelope containing one letter from Santa and a nice list certificate.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders shipped within the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico could take longer)
USPS First Class Mail | 2-4 business days (after fulfillment)
UPS Ground | 2-7 business days (after fulfillment)
How do I track my order?
You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also login to your santamail.com account to check your order status at any time.
