Once USPS or UPS have your package, Santa Mail does not have control over transport. If you’re experiencing delays, you can check your tracking number from your email for updates, or call USPS (800-275-8777) or UPS (800-742-5877) for more information.

Santa Mail is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages and replacements or refunds will not be provided.

Buyer is responsible for filing a claim for their missing package.

Signature is not required, so if you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at the safest location deemed fit for the carrier.

If you do not want your package left, you can contact USPS or UPS and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery.
