Santa’s helpers will send a real postcard in the mail, postmarked from the North Pole, to add extra Christmas joy to your mailbox. Quantities are limited, so it’s best to send your message early in the season. It’s a fun and free way for kids to share their Christmas wishes with Santa and the elves.
Can I send Santa letters to more than one child or family member?
Absolutely. You can personalize multiple Santa letters or postcards for each child in your family. Every one is customized with its own North Pole details to make each child feel special, remembered, and part of the Christmas magic.
How does the Call From Santa work?
When you schedule a Call From Santa, you provide your child’s name and a few personal details so Santa can make the call feel truly special. At the chosen time, your child will receive a real phone call from Santa Claus himself. Each call includes a warm greeting, mentions of good behavior and accomplishments, and plenty of North Pole cheer. It’s a magical way to bring Santa’s voice to life before Christmas.
What if the letter doesn’t arrive before Christmas?
We understand how important timing is for Santa’s surprise. If a letter fails to arrive by Christmas due to shipping delays or other issues, please contact our customer service team right away. We will verify tracking, check with the carrier, and arrange a suitable solution such as a replacement or digital version so the Christmas magic is not lost.
When will my letter from Santa arrive?
All Santa letters ordered before Thanksgiving are mailed right after Thanksgiving and usually arrive within 2 to 7 days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders placed after Thanksgiving ship the next business day. Delivery times vary based on USPS and UPS holiday volume, but most letters arrive within 2 to 5 days. To ensure delivery before Christmas, it’s best to order by early December.
